Invitation Letter & Application
Incoming academic and administrative staff who plan to visit Hakkari University within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme are required to complete the invitation and application procedures prior to their mobility period. All invitation and application processes are coordinated by the Erasmus+ Office in cooperation with the relevant host units.
Initial Contact with the Host Unit
Incoming staff members are required to first contact the relevant departmental Erasmus coordinators at Hakkari University in order to discuss the content, scope and tentative dates of the mobility.

When contacting coordinators, incoming staff are kindly requested to inform the Erasmus+ Office by including erasmus@hakkari.edu.tr in their correspondence.
Application Procedure
After reaching an agreement with the host unit regarding the mobility programme and dates, incoming staff members are required to submit the necessary information to the Erasmus+ Office for evaluation. The Erasmus+ Office reviews the request in cooperation with the host unit and confirms the feasibility of the proposed mobility.
Invitation Letter
An Invitation Letter is issued by Hakkari University upon:

approval of the host unit, and
-
confirmation by the Erasmus+ Office.
The invitation letter includes essential information such as the purpose of the mobility, planned dates and host unit details.
Mobility Agreement
Before the start of the mobility period, incoming staff members must prepare a Mobility Agreement (Teaching or Training), which must be approved by:

the incoming staff member,
-
the home institution, and
-
Hakkari University.
The Mobility Agreement defines the objectives, activities and expected outcomes of the mobility.
Important Information
Invitation letters are issued only after confirmation of academic or administrative feasibility by the host unit. Incoming staff members are advised to initiate the application process well in advance to allow sufficient time for approvals and travel arrangements.
