     Hakkari University; it has adopted as an important principle to have a universal perspective in parallel with monitoring, understanding and interpreting international developments. The creation of a modern scientific research, application and teaching environment in a way that contributes to the increase of the development level, prosperity and happiness of our country will be a mission that our university will always adhere to. Our goal is to become one of the leading universities in our country in a short time. On this occasion, contributing to development in the Eastern Anatolia Region, promoting the sharing of information through public conferences and programs, spreading freedom of expression and research, adopting ethical behavior and communication in all activities, and providing a fair, transparent, honest, reliable and effective communication environment as the basic expectations of everyone within the university are our priorities.
