APPLICATION FEE AND TUITION FEE

The application fee for candidates applying to Hakkari University as international students for the 2026–2027 Academic Year will be determined by the University Executive Board.

The amount of the application fee and payment details will be announced separately in the official admission announcement published by the University.

Application Fee

An application fee is planned to be charged for international student applications. The amount of the fee, payment method, and bank account details will be announced following the decision of the University Executive Board.

Applicants will be required to upload a bank receipt showing payment of the application fee to the online application system during the application process.

Applications submitted without payment of the application fee or without uploading the payment receipt will not be considered.

The application fee will be deducted from the tuition fee only for applicants who are admitted to Hakkari University and complete their final registration.

The application fee is non-refundable in the following cases:

  • The applicant is not placed in any program;

  • The application is deemed invalid;

  • The applicant is admitted but fails to complete registration within the specified period;

  • The applicant submits incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information.


Tuition Fee

The tuition fees to be paid by international students admitted to Hakkari University are determined by the University Executive Board in accordance with the relevant legislation and Presidential Decrees of the Republic of Türkiye.

The tuition fees for international students for the 2026–2027 Academic Year will be announced on the official website of Hakkari University following the decision of the University Executive Board.

Applicants who are granted the right to final registration must pay the tuition fee in accordance with the procedures and deadlines announced by the University in order to complete their registration.


Important Notes

  • Payment of the application fee does not mean that the application has been accepted or that the applicant has gained the right to registration.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or final registration.

  • The issuance of an acceptance letter or the completion of online registration does not constitute final registration.

  • Final registration will only be completed upon submission of the required documents within the announced registration period, payment of the tuition fee, and fulfillment of all registration requirements.
