General Information

The International Student Institutional Coordination Office of Hakkari University operates under the International Cooperation Office and is responsible for managing the application, admission, and registration processes of prospective international students who wish to study at our University, as well as providing information and guidance to enrolled international students.

Our Coordination Office is responsible for the preparation of international student admission announcements, the receipt of applications, informing applicants about admission requirements and required documents, coordinating the placement process in cooperation with the relevant commissions, and guiding successful applicants through the registration procedures.

The International Student Institutional Coordination Office aims to facilitate access to essential information that prospective students may need from the application stage through final registration. In this context, information is provided on topics such as the application calendar, quotas, required application documents, acceptance letters, tuition fees, visa procedures, equivalency certificates, residence permits, and general health insurance.

In addition, our Coordination Office contributes to supporting the adaptation and integration of international students enrolled at Hakkari University into both university and city life. Throughout their academic journey, students are guided to the relevant academic and administrative units whenever they require assistance.

Application, evaluation, placement, and registration procedures for international students are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation, the decisions of the University Senate, the University Executive Board, and the officially announced admission requirements.
