QUOTAS
A total of 25 quotas have been allocated for international students to be admitted to Hakkari University for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
Applicants may select up to five (5) study programs during the application process. Placement procedures are carried out by the International Student Commission of Hakkari University in accordance with applicants’ order of preferences, evaluation scores, available quotas, and the relevant admission criteria.

Meeting the admission requirements does not guarantee placement in a program.

Hakkari University reserves the right to fill or not fill any available quotas.

The number of students admitted from the same country to a particular academic unit may not exceed 20% of the total international student quota allocated to the programs within that unit. In the event that quotas remain unfilled, applicants may be placed according to their evaluation scores regardless of this limitation.
