REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Applicants applying for admission as international students are required to upload the documents listed below to the online application system during the application period.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all documents are complete, legible, and uploaded in the required format. Applications submitted with incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, uncertified, or fraudulent documents will not be considered.

Documents to be Uploaded During the Application Process

High School Diploma

A notarized or consulate-certified copy of the original high school diploma together with its Turkish or English translation.

Applicants who have not yet received their diploma must upload an official document issued by their school indicating the expected date of graduation.

Official Transcript

An official transcript showing all courses taken during secondary education, grades received, and the overall grade point average, together with a notarized or consulate-certified Turkish or English translation.

Examination Result Certificate

The original or a certified copy of the examination result certificate accepted for evaluation by Hakkari University.

Proof of Completion of Secondary Education Abroad

Applicants who are Turkish citizens and apply under the relevant provisions specified in the admission requirements must submit an approved document demonstrating that they completed their entire secondary education abroad.

Such applicants are required to upload either an officially certified document issued by their school or a transcript covering the entire period of their secondary education.

Identity Card or Passport

A copy of the page of the applicant’s official identity card or passport containing personal identification information, in Turkish or English.

Civil Registry Record

For dual-national applicants who were foreign nationals by birth and later acquired Turkish citizenship, a full civil registry record showing information regarding the applicant and their parents.

Photograph

One passport-sized photograph.

Proof of Application Fee Payment

A bank receipt showing that the application fee has been paid.

Important Notes

  • Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents uploaded to the application system.

  • Applications submitted with false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information will be deemed invalid. If such circumstances are discovered after registration, the student's registration will be cancelled.

  • Uploading the required documents to the application system does not mean that the application has been accepted or that the applicant has obtained the right to final registration.

  • Original documents or certified copies of the documents uploaded during the application process may be requested again during the final registration stage.
